Map & Directions

Markow Financial Group, Inc. is located in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle, WA.  Directions are as follows:

From the north via I-5

1. Take Exit 172 and head west on North 85th Street.
2. Take a left on 15th Ave. West and head south.
3. Take the West Dravus Street exit and turn right onto West Dravus Street.
4. Markow Financial is located in the retail section of the Tempo apartment building which is on the south side of the street.

From the south via I-5

1. Take Exit 167 on the left toward Mercer St./Seattle Center.
2. Stay straight to go onto Mercer Street.
3. Take the 3rd right onto Westlake Ave. North.
4. Westlake Ave. North becomes Nickerson Street.
5. Merge onto 15th Ave. West toward City Center.
6. Take the West Dravus Street exit and turn right onto West Dravus Street.
7. Markow Financial is located in the retail section of the Tempo Apartment building which is on the south side of the street.

From the south via Hwy. 99

1. Take the Western Avenue Exit.
2. Bear Right onto Western Ave. West.
3. Keep straight on Western Ave. West and the road will change into Elliott Ave. West.
4. Elliott Ave. West will change into 15th Ave. West.
5. Take the West Dravus Street exit off of 15th Ave. West and turn left onto West Dravus Street.  (Exit is on the right approximately 1/4 mile after Interbay Golf Course on your left.)
6. Markow Financial is located in the retail section of the Tempo apartment building which is on the south side of the street.

*Parking is available on-street in front of building.  Please do not park in the parking lot to the east.
